During tho debate Mr. Wood again came into conflict with th 3 Speaker, and was removed from the House. A DEAD-HEAT. Sydney, September 27. As tho result of a recount of tho votes at tho Liverpool Plains by-election a deadheat has been declared. In the original count Mr. Perry (Liberal) was given a majority of thrco votes. Another election is l probable.
