Sir Newton Moore, Agent-General for Western Australia, addressed the emigrants prior to their sailing. Eβ has arranged tor ti<n Opawa, sailing this week, to emb:v:k -ho emigrants by the Papanui, abandoiitU <u St. Helena, Perth, September 26. The AgenkGeneral has advised that tho steamer Opawa has been engaged to bring ,tho Papanui's emigrants to Fremantlo. .
