Mr. Holman, tlie State Attorney-Gen-eral, has selected a sito at Tuncurry for prisoners' tree-jdanting camps. Ho proposes immediately to clear a thousand acres so as to allow tho work to proceed. The prisoners in camp will bo allowed to earn money, and their sentences will be remitted. They will also be taught scientific farming so as to enable them to take up land on the conclusion of their sentences.
