The Sydney-Goulbwn road race resulted as follows:— Rennie (Victoria), 30min 1 Kirfcham (Victoria), scr 2 J. W. Wilson (Victoria), Uniin. ... 3 Time, Thar. lOmin. 42sec. ■ - The New Zealandors, A. Smith nnd O'Shea (scr.), Tozer (Hmin.), and O'Dono(,'huo (ISniin.) also started, but none of them finished in tho first twenty. Smith punctured his tyre after going five miles. O'Shea's riding time was 7hr. 21mm. Gs;c, O'Donoglnio's 7hr. 43min. 57scc, Tozer's 7hr. 3!)min. 49stc. Kirkham did tho fastest time, which was Ghr. 19miu. 3Ucc. Thcro were 127 starters. Reunio won by four minutes. The winner has done a considerable amount of riding in New Zealand.
