SUGGESTED BOYCOTT. By Telegraph— Press Association-Copyright Constantinople, September 23. There is strong fooling in Conrtantinoplo against the Italian designs on Tripoli. The prc?s suggests the boycotting of Italian trade.
Leading members of the Senu'ssi have telegraphed to the Sultan stating that they aro ready to'join in the defence of Tripoli.
The Sonussi are a brotherhood whose central seat is at Jarabub, on the frontier of Egypt and Tripoli. Thoir convents are scattered all over North Africa. According to Duvoyrier, the membership numbers from 1,500,000 to 3,000,000.
