On tho motion of Mr. J. W. Jtacdonald, the Supremo Court has granted to tho l'ublic Trustee probate of tho wills of tho undermentioned deceased persons:—Alpr linnyard, late of Wingliam, N.S.W., hotelkcpper; Michael ilaher, late of Ahaura, n.iner; Charles Stephens, late of Devonport, settler; William Jones, Into of Wellington, retired seaman. \ The Court consented to the appointment of t'ho Public Trustee by the executors named in tho willp of tho following, and granted prnbnte to the Public Trustee accordingly:—Louisa Catherine Reading, late of Knrori, spinster; Alfred Atkinson Iley. formerly of Bradford, England, and late of Wellington, cabinetmaker.

Administration was al«> obtained from the Court in respect of the estates of the following:—George.
