MR. WILLIS ORDERS OUT ANOTHER MEMBER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydnoy, September 22. In the Legislative Assembly, during a debate on Mr. Woods's motion, the Speaker repeatedly called Mr. Woods to order. He said: "This is getting tedious indeed. Tho Opposition voice is as tedious as that of my grandmother." Tho Speaker then picked Mr. Fitzpatrick, and ordered his removal. Oppositionists protested, but the Speaker declared that if a member called "Order 1" three times he could bo removed at any time subsequently. Several Liberals who wero in that position were dumbfounded. Finally, ruling tho motion out of order, tho Speaker declared that notice of dissent to a ruling must bo given within thirty minutes, Ho would in future enforce the standing orders with greater stringency. Mr. Holman, Attorney-General, told a country mooting that Parliament would dissolve immediately tho new Electoral Act was placed on tho Statute Book.
