MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M.) POLICE CASES. John Stitt was made the subject of a prohibition order. Thomas O'Neill was fined IDs. on a charge of causing manuro to remain on a lootway in Aro Street. The defendant protested that he was not. guilty. Patrick Cavanagh pleaded guilty to having a bull at large at Kaiwarra. Ho was fined £1.
A separation order was granted Phoebo Seymour from her husband, Henry John Seymour.. Tho defendant is to pay tho wiio 10s. a week.
Edward Waters was charged with beiiy a rogue and a vagabond, in that ho was found by night w.tnout lawful excus3 on tne premisos of Emiliio Borghetti, in Stokes Street. He was remanded to SeDtcinber 27.
