(Specially written for The Dominion.) FRIDAY. Lentil soup. Boiled . fish and oyster sauce. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Spico and raisin pudding. SPICE AND RAISIN PUDDING. lOoz. broad-crumbs soz. flour, l2oz. suet (chopped), lib. raisins (stoned), Jib. Deniarara suger, 3oz. candied peel (cut up), lj teaspoonfuls of mixed spice, grated rind of one lemon, 3 eggs, H sills of 1 milk, a pinch of salt, sweet melted butter sauce. Put the bread-crumbs, flour, snot, raisins, sufrar, candied peel, spice, lemon rind, and salt into a giu! mis them together. Beat up tlie eggs, add tlio milk and stir them with the dry ingredients. •t the mixture into a greased pudding basin, cover with greased paper and steam for i hours. Turn out and serve with sweet melted butter. FOR TO-MORROW. loin of mutton- Veal forcemeat. Cabbage. Jam. FOR SUNDAY. Two dozen oysters. Hindquarter of lamb. New potatoes. Mint. Green peas. Tin of peaches. Figs. Suet. FOR SUPPER, Ox tongue. Salad. Oranges. Custard.
