CAPTURE OF AN ACCOMPLICE. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, September 20. Tho expedition dispatched to punish tho natives responsible for the murder last month of Mr. James, District Commissioner of Forcados, in the Niger district of West Africa, captured a man who was implicated in the crime, but he died from pneumonia.
