MISSING COASTAL STEAMER.

Sydney, September 20. A passing steamer has sighted wreckage, consisting of hatches and doors off Smoky Cape, whore the coastal steamer Rosedalo was last seen on Friday, just before tho southerly gale started.
A steamer has been sent to investigate. It is feared that the Rosedalo has foundered .with all hands.
Tho list of those on board was as follows:—Crew: Captain Emerson; chief officer, Mr. Ferrick; second officer, Mr. Davies; chief steward, Mr. Owen; second steward, M. Hood; cook, Mr. Chaafe; Stewardess, Miss Rafferty; chief engineer, Mr. Harrower; second engineer, Mr. Speer; donkoyman, Mr. Palmer; firemen, Messrs. Kelly, Russell, and Nordblom; seamen, Messrs. Janson, Dyer, Whalgren, M'Donald, and Jack. Passengers: Messrs. Anderson, Duncan, and Mafammoy; Mosdames Murphy and Cook. There were two or threo others on board whose names are unknown.
Tho Rosednle is an iron twin-scrow sleamer of 275 tons belonging to the North Coast Steam Navigation Company of New South Wales. She was built' in 1877 at Dundee. Smoky Cape is about 220 miles north of 'Sydney, and about 15 miles south of the Nambricca River, from which tho Rosedale sailed for Sydney. MOROCCAN NEGOTIATIONS. « ONE POINT ONLY UNSETTLED. Jules Cambon, tho French Ambassador, and lien - von Kiderlcu-Wacchter, the German Foreign Minister, are reverting to verbal, instead of written, views in tho negotiations regarding Morocco. The "Frankfurter Zeitung" says that there is now only one-point concerning the guarantees for tho trading rights of tho Powers requiring settlement.
