TIIR HOLIDAY QUESTION'. Two questions about Dominion Dff.f (Monday next) were asked and answered, in Parliament yesterday afternoon. Tho lion. J. A. Millar slat«d, in reply to Mr. U'ilford, that instructions had been issued that a whole holiday would be given ill the railway workshops on Dominion Day. The Labour Department had received a legal opinion that shops closing on Dominion Day would not require to close oa the statutory halt-day, and this opinion wouhWbo acted upoji.
