EARTHQUAKE IN CHILE.
RAILWAY TRAFFIC BLOCKED. By Tcleeraph-Press AssDciation-Oopyri'Sht Santiago de Chile, September 18. The strongest earthquake shock since 1876 caused some dauinge in the nitrate district. Railway traffic has been suspended in consequence. TWENTY FATALITIES. (R-ec. September 20, 1.5 a.m.) Valparaiso, September 10. There have been twenty fatalities in connection with the earthquake at Ncgrctos, Arica, and Tacna.
