PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE BUSINESS.

On the motion of Mr. .T. W. Macdonald,' the Supreme Court has granted to the Public Trustee probate of the wills of the undermentioned deceased persons: William Henry Quick, late of Wellington, barrister and solicitor; A\ ilham Hall Clay, late of Par.nell, retired hairdresser; Agnes Petersen, late of Wellington, married woman; David M'Neilly, late of Blue Spur, farmer; Charles Edward Blacker, lato of Duncdin, retired draper; Martin Shanahan, lato of Groymouth, contractor; Thomas Phillips Brooking, late of New Plymouth, cabinetmaker. The Court consented to the appointment of the Public Trustee by the executors named in the wills of the following, and granted probate to the Public Trustee accordingly : —Harriet Russell, late o. Welliugton, "married woman; Charles Hardin?, late of Sydenham,' bricklayer; Charles' Samuels, late of Christchurch, undertaker; Ethel Madeline Griffiths, late of Ashburton, hospital matron; Martha M'lntosh Gilbert, late cf Pnroa, domestic; Robert M'Artney, late of Motupipi, retired farmer. Administration was obtained from the Court in respect of the following deceased persons: —Marini or Marijan Ivokicb. late of New Lynn, briekmaker (with will annexed); Eugenia Buti, lato of Wellington, widow (with will annexed); John Haldane Griffiths, lato of Wellington, schoolmaster; Violet Mary Reeve, late of Christchurch, spinster; Frederick William Old, late of Manaia, fanner; Olive Firbank, late of Aka Aka, bbourer_ (with will annexed); John Eddie, late of Napier, hawker; Robert Groundwater. late of Pleasant Point, labourer; William Raymond, late of Murchison, miner; Ailcen Gregory, late of Dunedin. spjnstcr; Jane Chapman, lato of Auckland, spinster; Emrys Evans, late of Ohiwa, lalxmrer; Thomas Auld, late of Blackball, miner; Samuel John Luke, late of Wellington, Iroilerinaker; and Annie Miller, late of Auckland, married woman.
