Collins wcro agroetl upon, and it was decided that tho competitions should he startwl on Thursday, October 11, by Island Bay Locke. It wan announced thnt (ho Pride of Brooklyn Lodge was holding a benefit euchro party and dance on September 21, in aid of a sick brother, and a strong party decided ,to represent Island Bay. After tho business was transacted, a triangnlar card tournament was held between Coronation, IFelroso, and Island Bay Lodges. This was evi-n----tunlly won If Coronation Lodge, with JS Raines, Island Bay beins second with IC.
