COLLAPSE OF A THEATRE.
CHARGE-OF HOMICIDE. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Paris, September 13. In connection with the collapse of a portion of the Klderado Theatre at Nice, and tho burying of JO workmen in tho ruins, an inquiry has resulted in the contractor, architect, and superintendent of works being charged with neglectful homicide. A forro-concrete annexe- to Die theatre was in course of construction when Ihe ceiling and mills suddenly collapsed, burying the work-men. It was alleged that the work had been scamped.
