Little reference was made officially to tho "hair-cut incident" at the parade of No. 3 Company Engineers last evening. After the general orders had.been read, Captain Shera stated briefly that on the previous Monday night he had given an order that anything he might say was not to be made public. That order had been disobeyed. This he regarded as a verv serious matter, and as such he would refer it to higher authority. The company was then dismissed.
