TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) FRIDAY. White soup. Whitebait fritters. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Pippin puddings. PIPPIN PUDDINGS. Two large apples, 2oz. breadcrumbs, Hoz. butter, lloz. sugar, a grato of nutmeg, 2 yolks and 1 white of egg, 1 tablespoonful of milk, browned crumbs, lemon tauco. Bake'the apples and scoop out the pulp freed from skin and core; cream tuo butter and sugar together until they aro white, and beat in the yolks of eggs, one at a time; add the breadcrumbs, apple pulp, milk, and nutmeg; whisk the white of egg to a stiff froth, and stir it lightly in; grea.se some small dariol moulds, coat them with browned crumbs, and half fill them with the mixture. Bake for twenty minutes in a moderate oven. Turn out and serve with lemon sauce.
