Tho Admiralty is perfecting a wireless telegraphy schemo to enablo it to maintain communication with part of the Empire. Recent tests havo proved that it is ablo to communicate expeditiously with most stations abroad, except thoso in Australia. It is predicted that tho Imperial wireless system will make tho new scheme of allied Dominion' navies a reality to all the partners. Tho Government denies tho statement of the Australasian Wireless Company that Tolefunken field outfits have been ordered for Army or Indian purposes. STATIONS IN PORTUGAL. Lisbon, September 6. The Government is erecting Marconi wireless stations at Lisbon on the coast of Portugal, and at Cape Verde. ADELAIDE VESSELS EQUIPPED. London, September 6. Tho Adelaide Steamship Company is having tho Marconi system of wireless telegraphy installed on three new steamers building on tho Clyde.
