Owing to the high price now ruling for butter-fat and the excellent prospect generally for dairying these cattle should command ready attention. The sale is without reserve, and will be held at the Himatangi saleyards, commencing at 11 a.m. For tho convenience of buyers, Mr. Lancaster is prepared to put all purchases on trucks at Himatangi free of charge. The train leaves PalmerBton North at !) a.m., and returns to Palmerston at 1.10 p.m. Tho sale will be conducted by tho INew Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd.
