OFFICIALS APPOINTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht London, September 5. Mr. Joseph Chamberlain has been appointed vice-president of tho Imperial Mission. Sir John. Quick will form a'Victorian Branch, and Sir John Forrest will bo tho president of' tie West Australian Branch, ' Mr. Samuel Manger, ex-Fedoral Post-master-Goncral, ,will confer with Mr. Deakin, with the view of interesting him in the. movement. - Branches are being formed in ' Sydney and Adelaide.
