A seven-aside football match was played hero yestrrday in aid of tho Holway Kecognition I'und. and was won by Carterton (seniors), and Tost and Telegraph (juniors). At. a meeting of llin stewards of the Mastcrton Racing Club yesterday, it-was decided to support the Sports' t'roteetion League. A commit'.re was sot up to' doal with plans ana tenders for new'appointments'on the racecourse.
