I'eilding, September s.—Saturday was a bright day, with strong wind and hca.vy 6hower3 through the night. Sunday was a dull, cloudy day, with a boisterous nor'wester. Otaki, September 3.—Dull. Fcatheraton, September 2.—Fine, N.W. breeze. Carterton, September 2.—Fine weather prevailed to-day with a stiff wind. Thero are indications of fine weather continuing.
