MISREPRESENTATION.
NEW ZEALAND LADY'S CHABGE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 2, 0.35 a.m.) London, September 1. Ethel Campbell, a married womnii, who was recently charged with obtaining *£150 by misrepresentation from Mrs. 1 coto, a New Zealand lady, with whom she had journeyed from Adelaide to London, has been committed for trial. The magistrate stated that, tho caso rested on an insecure foundation, and it was a question fo-r tho jury whether, in obtauriug tho loan of tho money, tho prisoner had meant to repay it.
