(Specially written for The Dominion.) SATURDAY. Celery soup. Stewed ox-tail. Potatoes. Turnips. Baked rolypoly jam pudding. SUNDAY. Oyster soup. Roast beef. Yorkshire pudding. Potatoes. Baked parsnips. Date pudding. Apple amber pudding. SUPPER. Cold .beef. Mayonnaise of chicken. Salad, Apples in red jelly. Spanish cream. YORKSHIRE PUDDING. Quarter-pound flour, J pint of milk, 1 CKo'i. ii pinch of salt, 1 level tcaspoonful baking powder, hot beef dripping. Mix tho Hour and salt together in a. basin; inako a well, break in tho egg, and add a little of tho milk; mix carefully, hold the basin 011 one side, and beat for ten minutes; stir in tho rest of the milk, and allow tho batter to stand for two hours; stir in tho baking powder; put about 1 four tablespoonfuls of dripping from tho boef into a Y'orkshiro pudding tin, pour in tho baiter, and cook tor from 20 minutes to half an hour; servo with the beef.
