Jules Cnmbon, French Ambassador at Berlin, is asking Germany for a mora precise exposition of her standpoint in her Moroccan demands, in order to provent (hn recurrence of incidents disturbing to the harmony of the two nations. St. G'ambon, it is said, is also intimating tho irreducible compensation to l;o offered in the Congo for a complete German withdrawal in Morooco.
