NEW SOUTH WALES FIGURES. By Telegraph—Proas Association—Copyright (Rec. August 31, 9.25 p.m.) Sydney, August 31. The annual report of the Inspector-Gen-eral of the Insane states that admis; sions into the hospitals for the insane Inst year totalled 1221, an increase of 150 over the previous year. The total number of the insane under cognisance in New South Wales at the end of last year was 6177. The kindergarten system is proving of considerable value in the training of imbecile children.
