WAITAKI SEAT. (By Telegrapli.-Press Association.) Oamaru, August 31. Sir W, J. Steward has definitely decided not to contest the Waitaki seat at tho coming elections. WA ITEM ATA. Tho deputation of Devonport anil Tnka.puna electors, which waited upon Mr. W. J. Napier last week, has received that gentleman's reply. Mr. Napier states that, having carefully considered I lie representations made to him, lie lias decided to again become a candidate for the representation of Waitemata.
