TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The Domikios.) THURSDAY. Mutton broth. ■ Kromcskies of cold meat. Potatoes. Vegetable marrow. Boiled apple pudding. ICEOMESKIES OF COLD MEAT. Four ounces of mutton (cook€<l), one dessertspoonful of capers, seasoning to taste, half an ounce flour, half <ui ounco butter, half a gill of stock, quarter pound pastry. Chop tho meat and capers very finely, make the butter hot, add tho flour, and try it brown. Then add tho stock, stir until it boils, and boils three minutes. Season well, add the meat and capers. Put on to a plate to cool. Make the paste with out baking powder and rail it out very thinly. Cut it into rounds, put some of tho mixture on to each round, wet the edge, fold over, and close securely. 801 l each one in egg and crumb, fry in deep fat a goldon brown, drain on soft paper, pile on a hot dish, garnish with parsley. FOE TO-MORROW. Half medium-sized crayfish, one pint of stock, two tablespoonfuls of cream, flounders, cabbage, apples.
