OVERDUE NEWCASTLE VESSEL. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, August 30. Tho boat washed up at Cronulla tors the name "Laura." It has been in tho water for some time. Fears aro expressed that tho Laura- was lost in tlio July gales. All tho hands on tho vessel were Peruvians. Tho vessel was en rvmto to Newcastle- to load coal, and was 134 days out. She was under the command of Captain Locuona.
