TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Leek Soup. Roast Mutton. Baked Potatoes. Stewed Celery. Steamed Apricot Pudding. Sweet Melted Butter. GOLDEN PUDDING. Four ounces flour, half-teaspoonftil baking powder, a pinch of salt, -toz. suet (chopped), toz. breadcrumbs, 3oz. eaftor sugar, ioz. apricot jam, 1 egg, half-gill oi milk. Sift the flour, baking powder, and fait together. Beat up the eerg, add the jam and milk, and stir them into the other ingredients. Pour into a greased basin, and steam for 21 hours. Serve with sweet melted butter. FOR TO-MORROW. Neck of mutton, pastry, vegetable marrow, apples, suet.
