MUNITIONS OF WAR
A THIRD STEAMER DETAINED. By Teloeraph— Press Association-Copyright (Rec. August 30, 1 a.m.) London, August 29. A third steamer, the Hessie, laden with war munitions, has been detained at Barrow. Ilia "Daily Express" states that Senhor Gomez, the Portuguese Minister in London, believing that the equipment of a certain steamer was connected with Royalist plans in Portugal, communicated with the British Foreign Office.
