MANGATOKI DAIRY COMPANY.
THE ANNUAL MEETING. At tlie annual meeting of the Mangatoki Dairy Company Mr. J. Marx (chairman) stated that the milk supply had been a record, amounting, to 26,CG8,1101b., and they had made JO tons more 'butter this year than last, passing, for the first time tho million in pounds. It was resolved that the balancc of the rate of 5 per cent on all paid-up capital, absorbing J!3116 las. 7d. It was resolved that the ba'.anco of ( .£877 3s. 3d. bo paid pro rata per pound of butter-fat to supplying shareholders nn jtlie amount of butter-fat. supplied during the season. The retiring directors, Messrs. T. !?. 'Anderson, l'obt. Law, and J. C. Wright,' were re-elected nnopposod. It was decided that tho capital of tho company be increased to ,£20,000 by the' creation of additional capital of the amount of XIO,OOO, divided into 10,000 shares of <£1 each, sueh shares to be issued as ordinary shares ranking as to dividend and as to distribution of capital on a winding-up pari passu with the ordinary shares in tho existing capital ?f the company.
