5 STEAMER ORDERED TO BE DISMANTLED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Etc. August 27, 5 p.m.) Londorii August 2G. Tho Government has ordered tho steamer Arizona lying at Barrow to bo dismantled. This vessel belongs to the samo owners as the steamer Sea Foam, which was detained by the Customs authorities nt Gravesend a few days ago with munitions of war on board. The assumption is that .it was intended to convey war material to Bahia Blanca, in the Argentine.
