(From Our Special Correspondent.) A meeting of the Hult Park Cquimittco' was held last evening, when there' were present: .Messrs. Baldwin .(chairman), •, M'Ewan, Macaskill, Barlow,.and Brocklcbank. 'J'lu Potone Borough Council forwarded, a cheque for .131, being an instalment... of its promised contribution of JCGS to the committee's funds. The' Hutt .Uorough Council also forwarded a portion (.£10) of its contribution. The Wellington City .Council wrote ~ agreeing to supply water from the Wai'.,_, nui mains for (ire-preveiition pnrposes'.-afcUJ the park, in return.for..facility, in laying the new main. The committee? resolved to ask tho member for the. district (Mr. T. M.
