CHRISTCHURCH MEETING. THE DATES FIXED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. August 26, 0.20 a.m.) Sydney, August 25. Tho Davis Cup Management Committee has decided that the challenge round for this international lawn tenuis trophy shall b» played at Christehurch on December 29 and 30, and January 1. These dates are subject to tho approval of England and Ametrica, but it is considered a foregone conclusion that they will accept them. Tho secretary of the Lawn Tennis AsFoeiation has received a cablo message from A. F. Wilding, stating that thero is no chance of his representing Australasia in tho Davis Cup Competition.
