COURT ASKED TO MAKE AN ORDER. (By Telegraph.—Presß Association.) Christchurch, August 25. Tho wholesale club matter camo up again before Mr. Jnstico Dennistou, sitting in Chambers this morning, when Mr. Alpors, on behalf of certain creditors, asked for an order to the following fect:"That the company bo wound np, subject to tho provisions of the Court. "That the petitioning creditors have liberty upon notice in writing being given to examine the promoters and directors or the company on oath before the Official Assignee or tho Registrar of tho Court, ns the Court may direct, and also tho liberty for any of tho creditors to apply to tho Court. , ~,. ~ "That subject to these conditions tho company be wound up voluntarily. Mr- Alpers appeared for tho petitioning creditors, Mr. Hunter for tho creditors opposing the motion. Mr. \iuceivt for mother creditor, and Mr. Anthony for thc'company. ••-,,-' ... .. After considerable .argument, his Uonour reserved his decision.
