Sir,—Would you kindly allow rno space in your independent columns in protesting against a stablo near' the Aro Street tram terminus? Every morning the footpath at the Aro Street tram terminus is all wet and smelling from _ tho drainage of this stable; a great nuisance- to tho passengers who are waiting for the car.— I am, etc., A CONSTANT READER,
