(Specially written for The Dominion.) SATURDAY. Brown soup. Mutton and macaroni. Potatoes. Cabbage. Applo chariot to. SUNDAY. Palestine soup. Roast beef. Yorkshire pudding. Baked potatoes. Cauliflower. Sponge pudding. Stewed peaches. SUPPER. Cold beef. Chicken in aspic. Salad.' Cream jolly. West Riding pudding. MUTTON AND MACARONI. Ono pound and a half of loin chops, 1 pint of water, Jib. of iiiscarora, 1 onion, pepper and salt. Trim tha chsps, and put them in a saucepan with the- water, onion, pepper, and "bout 1 teaspcomul of 'salt. Bring slowly to tho boil, skim, draw to the sido of the fire, and cook slowly and gently for three-quarters of an hour. Pour the gravy oif the chops, and skim all the fat from it; return to the saucepan, add tho macaroni, and cook gently for another three-quarters of an hour." Servo on a hot dish. Add sma.il suet dumplings 10 minutes before serving.
