Bring slowly to tho boil, skim, draw to the sido of the fire, and cook slowly and gently for three-quarters of an hour. Pour the gravy oif the chops, and skim all the fat from it; return to the saucepan, add tho macaroni, and cook gently for another three-quarters of an hour." Servo on a hot dish. Add sma.il suet dumplings 10 minutes before serving.
