PAPER-BAG COOKING.

Mrs. Glennen gave a demonstration of paper-bag cooking at St. Augustine's Hall. Pc-tono, last evening. Several dainties were ccokod, including beef tea and curry, on lop of the stove. Rissoles, gateau, and grill«d steak also figured in the menu. Stewed apples were cooked in a paper bag in the oven. This afternoon, at 3 o'clock, Mrs. Glennen .will givo a farewell demonstration in the Concert Chamber at the Town Hall.
