ANTI-LA URIER SENTIMENT. By Telegraph-Press Association—Copyright Ottawa, August 23. Tho nnti-Laurior sentiment in Quebec is increasing. The Nationalists accuse tho Prime Minister of a departure from hie pledges in establishing a Canadian Navy. Sir Wilfrid Lauricr is assuring the electors that the Navy is under tho full control of Canada, and will'only be used .rhon Canada consents. Mr. Clifford, ox-Miuister of the Interior, is campaigning in Ontario against reciprocity. Ho denounces an entanglement with tho United States, the solo aim of which would be tho political absorption of Canada.
