FOOD QUESTION AGAIN. Trouble has again orison over tho food question on a steamer trading to Wellington. This time it is on the Anchor Lino's steamer Niltau. On Tuesday last, while the vessel was in Wellington, all hands forward gave nofico of their in tonlion to leave on Hie vessel's arrival at Nelson on the following morning. This decision was come to owing to some alleged trouble in connection with the victualling department. It is understood that the men requested that the cook .should be discharged, and another put in s his place. Their statement is that, on several occasions, thfy have complained to Mr. T. W.
