Sir James Carroll received last night a wireless message from Sir Josenh Ward: ''All well." , In the House 1 of Representatives yesterday, the Speaker read a letter from the widow of the Hon. M". C. Smith, thanking the House for its expression of sympathy in her bereavement. The letter was ordered to be entered in the Journal of the House. Mr. S. The Wellington Hospital Board at its meeting yesterday placed 0:1 record its appreciation of tho services of the late Hon. V. 11.
