Tho International Socialist party has issued a manifesto to tho "conscript boys of Australia." After referring to the hard life of tho working classes and the possibility of the boys being called out to shoot their friends and relations on strike, the manifesto adds: "Now is the time to protest against tho folly of compulsory training in organised murder. Now is the timo to make up your minds not to take tho military oath which deprives you of your will and conscience."
