Wellington in 1!)05. Petitioner .stated that when he was living in Geraldino lie sent his wife to a nursing homo at Timaru to be confined. Instead she went to Dunedin. La|w ho met her in Dunedin, and askal her why 'she had cleared out, an<l who sho was living with. She replied, "Mick Head, in Lnggan Street." He,denied Ijoiniig crufl to his wife. Judge Kdwards raid the petitioner was no doubt the rmso nf Ms wife leaving him, but lie would give her tho benefit to get rid of him. Tho Court grunted a decree nisi, but allowed no costs.
