Mr. Wade, Leader of the Opposition, considers that. the possibilities of governing the House were not exhausted, and the Government should have been forced to appoint the Speaker from its own party. Mr. Willis claims that mo one with a sense of responsibility would , have helped to precipitate the country into two general elections.
