9 - A CHKISTCHUKCH CASE. (By Telegraph.—Pi-ess Association.! Christchurch, August 19. Harry Alexander Jack, found not guilty yesterday on a charge of murder, was before the Magistrate's Court this morning, charged with perjury. He was remanded till Thursday. Bail was refused.
