Bordcn, tho Conservative leader in tho Canadian Parliament, speaking at a great anti-Reciprocity demonstration at Chatham, in Ontario, said that Canada had not forgotten the British ideal of Reciprocity within the Empire, which was good enough for Canada. Such would bo tho reply, continued Mr. Bordeii, President: Taft would receive to proposals to divert tho Dominion from tho true path of the Empire.
