After evidence, accused pleaded guilty, and was remanded to the Supreme Court for sentence. John Owen, alias Dorro, Rowe, and Lucy, was brought up on remand, charged with having atuvnpted to murtlor Augustus Percy Easton, at Moutoa, Foxton, on April 21, 1906, over five years ago.
