TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tue Dominion.) SATURDAY. Artichoke soup. Steak and kidney pie. Potatoes. Slewed leeks. Apple Charlotte. SUNDAY. Oyster soup. Roast lamb. Mint sauce. Waked potatoes. Cauliflower. Chocolate pudding. I'ruit tart. . SUPPER. Cold lamb. Mayonnaise of lobster. Salad. Banana trille. CHOCOLATE PUDDING. Quarter nound chocolate, quarter pound spongo cako crumbs, quarter pound muter, quarter pint of milk, llireo eggs, three ounces fine sugar. : .. Warm the butter and milk; when boiling stir in the grated chocolate, and when quite dissolved add tho cake crumbs. Continue stirring over the fire until it thickens and leaves tho side of tho pan. Lex. it cool a little, add sugar and vanilla, then gradually the. well-beaten yolks. Whisk the whites stiffly, add them to the mixture, place in a buttered mould, cover with buttered paper, and steam one hour. Turn out and servo with custard sauce.
